Your First Visit
From the very first phone call, you’ll have a chance to get to know our friendly and welcoming dental team. We make scheduling as convenient as possible and are always on time, because respecting your time is important to us. Your dentist will greet you in the waiting area and lead you to a consultation room to talk to you about any concerns you may have. Our team will capture any necessary X-rays and conduct a thorough examination of your teeth, including a screening to assess your gum health. We’ll finish your checkup by discussing any findings with you and any of our treatment recommendations.

In order to make accessing your patient forms as quick and easy as possible, we partner with Modento. After scheduling your appointment, our team will send you a link to fill out your new patient forms online. If you’re unable to access these forms or you need assistance, please don’t hesitate to contact our team.

As our patient, your health is our number one priority. While our team is happy to maximize your dental insurance benefits at every appointment and file claims on your behalf, we never recommend treatment plans based on what your insurance will or will not cover. We only recommend treatments that you need. Because of this, we’re out-of-network with all insurance plans, ensuring that doesn’t limit our patients’ ability to move forward with necessary dental procedures.

Our Loyalty Membership Plan is incredibly popular amongst our patients who are uninsured. It’s a seamless program that will automatically be renewed every year (unless you want to end your subscription), so all you have to do is sign up and start using your benefits! Starting at just $48 a month for our Adult Wellness Plan, you’ll receive access to all of your routine preventive dental care as well as a 15% discount on restorative treatments up to $3,500 a year!
